• We will send you the shipping-to address and service form.
• Send your device to us with a filled printout service form.
• Once we receive the device we will run a diagnostic on it, then we will confirm with you the repair order(some devices might have other issues, only upon approval from the customer we could process the repair work.
• Once the repair is done we will send it out ASAP. Local pickup is supported.
• The repair service’s warranty time is 2 months.
